Why the Global Equity Fund |

Any prudent wealth plan should be global in nature.

A global strategy provides investors access to far reaching trends and opportunities, which are changing the world and the way people are interacting with it:

  • Machine learning and artificial intelligence is increasing the efficiencies of factories and cities
  • Social networks are shaping societies’ views of the world continuously and instantaneously
  • Consumerism is fueling innovation at a pace never seen before

A global perspective affords you access to a greater number of higher growth environments than what is achievable, or available, in any one country.

The investment team focuses on identifying the best quality companies from a vast pool of global opportunities. Our South African roots give us an intimate understanding of a local investor’s context and provides our clients convenient access to an experienced team of individuals that is in the client’s own time zone.

The fund’s primary goal is to preserve and grow wealth, by maintaining and actively managing a portfolio of carefully selected companies that meet the team’s value-based investment criteria.

The fund managers remain acutely aware of the overall makeup of the fund at all times to ensure that adequate diversification is maintained across regions and industries, as well as sectors within them.
